I deleted a photo by mistake
Memory Sweep never deletes photos permanently. They move to Recently Deleted in the Photos app and stay there for 30 days.
- Open the Photos app.
- Find Recently Deleted under Utilities (on older iOS, it's in Albums).
- Unlock it with Face ID or your passcode.
- Select the photos and tap Recover.
My free space didn't go up right away
iOS keeps deleted photos in Recently Deleted for 30 days. To free up space immediately, open Recently Deleted in the Photos app and tap Delete All. The size shown in Memory Sweep is an estimate.
I only see some of my photos
You may have given access to selected photos only. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Memory Sweep and choose Full Access.
Why don't my favorites show up?
Favorites are skipped by default so you don't delete them by mistake. Turn on Include favorites in Memory Sweep's Settings (History tab → gear icon).
Will deleting here remove photos from my other devices?
If iCloud Photos is on, yes — deleting on one device deletes everywhere. You can still recover them for 30 days.
How do I remove ads or restore my purchase?
Open the History tab, tap the gear icon, and choose Remove ads or Restore purchases. The purchase is a one-time payment and works on all devices with the same Apple Account.
Left-handed swiping
Turn on Left-handed mode in Settings to swipe right to delete and left to keep.

실수로 사진을 지웠어요
쓱정리는 사진을 바로 영구 삭제하지 않아요. 사진 앱의 최근 삭제된 항목으로 옮겨지고 30일 동안 남아 있어요.
- 사진 앱을 열어요.
- '유틸리티'에서 최근 삭제된 항목을 찾아요. (이전 iOS는 '앨범' 탭에 있어요.)
- Face ID나 암호로 잠금을 풀어요.
- 되살릴 사진을 고르고 복구를 눌러요.
지웠는데 남은 용량이 바로 늘지 않아요
iOS는 지운 사진을 '최근 삭제된 항목'에 30일 동안 보관해요. 바로 공간을 비우려면 사진 앱의 최근 삭제된 항목에서 모두 삭제를 눌러 주세요. 쓱정리에 표시되는 용량은 추정치예요.
사진이 일부만 보여요
선택한 사진만 접근을 허용했을 수 있어요. 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 사진 → 쓱정리에서 전체 접근을 선택해 주세요.
즐겨찾기 사진이 안 보여요
실수로 지우지 않도록 즐겨찾기는 기본으로 정리 대상에서 빠져요. 쓱정리 설정(내 기록 탭 → 톱니바퀴)에서 즐겨찾기도 정리하기를 켜면 함께 보여요.
여기서 지우면 다른 기기에서도 지워지나요?
iCloud 사진을 쓰고 있다면 네, 모든 기기에서 함께 지워져요. 30일 동안은 되살릴 수 있어요.
광고를 없애거나 구매를 복원하고 싶어요
내 기록 탭에서 톱니바퀴를 누르고 광고 제거 또는 구매 복원을 선택하세요. 한 번 결제하면 같은 Apple 계정의 모든 기기에서 적용돼요.
왼손으로 쓰기 불편해요
설정에서 왼손잡이 모드를 켜면 오른쪽이 삭제, 왼쪽이 보관으로 바뀌어요.
